    I was in and out of there in about 5 minutes.  3 people directed or assisted me.  They knew exactly the part I was looking for and where it was.  A seamless and painless shopping experience.

    Store associates were available to help. I had at least 3 check in during my shopping and offer assistance. The computer I wanted was not in stock but a sales person reserved one at another store.

    You'll be going there because you have to, not because you want to. Since Future Shop closed, options in Canada are limited. Asking the person at the door where a specific item is will get you a hand wave to an area. They should assign numbers or letters to the aisles so that the customer isn't left to wander the store. Sometimes they offer free online shipping.

    Typical best buy. Everything very well displayed and in stock. Have bought a few apple products while visiting canada and best buy has always been there for me!
